INTRODUCTION TO HACHIBA 

March 29 Textile - Garment Joint Stock Company (Hachiba) was established in 1976, formerly a textile complex. On the 32nd  anniversary of its foundation on March 29th, 2007 the company was officially equitized and became March 29 Textile – Garment Joint Stock Company. In 2023, the export turnover of the company reached more than $66.3 million. 

 

 

PRODUCTION CAPACITY: The company specializes in manufacturing and trading in cotton towels and garment products. The main export markets include the USA, E.U, Japan, etc. Currently, there are 3,100 employees working in 8 factories consisting of 6 sewing factories and 02 suit factories. Annual production capacity over 15 million products such as sportswear,  medical uniform and scrub, suit, trousers, jacket, ....

ACHIEVEMENTS IN MANUFACTURING AND TRADING

  • The honor to receive Third Class Independence Order, First Class Labor Order, and Third Class Feat Order.

  • In 2015, the company was awarded the Government Flag by the Prime Minister for successfully and comprehensively completing the tasks, leading the patriotic emulation movements of the industry and trade. On the special occasion of the company's 40th anniversary (March 29, 1976 - March 29, 2016), it was a great honor for the company that the President awarded the First Class Labor Order to the collective of employees and the Third Class Labor Order to the General Director of the Company.

  1. 29/03/1976

    March 29 Cotton Towel Textile Complex, the inception of March 29 Textile - Garment Joint Stock Company (Hachiba), was established on March 29, 1976.

  2. 01/11/1978

    The People's Committee of Quang Nam-Danang Province signed the decision to transfer March 29 Cotton Towel Textile Complex into March 29 Textile and Garment Joint - Venture Enterprise.

  3. 30/03/1984

    The enterprise was transformed into a state-owned textile factory named March 29th Textile Factory. The factory was voted "The Leading Flag" by the State and awarded many flags and certificates of merit from the Prime Minister, ministries, and localities.

  4. 27/03/2007

    In the implementation of the equitization policy in accordance with the Decision No. 9312/ QD-UBND dated 29 March 2006 by the People's Committee of Da Nang City, March 29 Textile - Garment Joint Stock Company (HACHIBA), was founded in accordance with the Certificate of Business registration No. 3203001358 first registered on March 27, 2007 at Da Nang Department of Planning and Investment with 15 billion dongs of the authorized capital. On October 1, 2017, March 29 Textile - Garment Joint Stock Company is approved by the State Security Commission of Vietnam for public company registration documents.

  5. 07/07/2010

    Vietnam Securities Depository issued the company the Certificate of securities registration on July 7, 2010.

  6. 17/10/2018

    HACHIBA succeeded in selling stocks to the public, which increased the authorized capital to 51,99 billion Vietnam Dong.

  7. 09/12/2019

    The Company was approved by the Hanoi Stock Exchange to register for stock trading (Ticker symbol: HCB) on December 9, 2019.
